ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the check/note batch entry screen, entering the check/note starting number with Zero, but receipt is created without Zero.

For example, you are entering at Check/Note Batch entry screen a check number "0123"

When you are creating a receipt then the receipt is created with the number "123"

The Zero is truncated while creating the receipt.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Receipt should create along with Zero "0123"
