Applies to:

Oracle Credit Management - Version 12.2.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On 12.2.4:

The following Two (2) Business Events still exist in Release 12.4.2 and fail with error:

oracle.apps.ar.transaction.SalesCredit.delete
oracle.apps.ar.transaction.SalesCredit.update

both call FII_AR_SALES_CREDITS_C.DELETE_SALESCREDIT_SUB

There are no FII packages anymore in 12.2 onwards.
These events fail with error due to the missing package:

System was upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.4
The reason of the error is the missing FII packages, since they are already obsoleted in R12,2 and are removed during the upgrade.

These two business events are still there and calling the FII packages.

These Business events should be removed or disabled, but they cannot be disabled, see "Two AR Business Events Cannot Be Disabled <Note 1173403.1>
