R12: Attachements Are Not Saved With AGIS Transaction (Doc ID 1931747.1)

Goal

How to ensure that attachment added to AGIS transaction is saved and can be reviewed as many times as needed?

 Currently, after the attachement added to a transaction is viewed it can no longer be opend again.

The usage type appears as "One-Time".
The attachement was added to a transaction having status COMPLETE.
