Retropay (Enhanced) Unexpectedly Reduces Regular Salary by Sick and Vacation Hours

After a employee's salary change, Retropay (Enhanced) created retro entries for the Regular Salary element, but some of the entries are less than the expected amount. It has been found that Retropay reduced the amount of Regular Salary by Sick and/or Vacation hours that were entered via the Absence form after the original payroll run. The Sick and Vacation elements are the seeded Information elements and no retro entries are created in the Retropay run.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make a retroactive salary change to an employee
2. Run Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced)
3. Run Retropay (Enhanced)
