How to change an E-Business Suite (EBS) Single Sign On (SSO) user to EBS Local user in an EBS SSO integrated instance
After setting the EBS profile option Application SSO Login Types value to LOCAL at user level for a specific user, the user can still login directly to SSO using link: http(s)://(hostname).(domainname):(port)/OA_HTML/AppsLogin.
The expected behavior is the user would be limited to the EBS Local login page from: http(s)://(hostname).(domainname):(port)/ OA_HTML/ AppsLocalLogin.jsp
SITE level profile values:
Applications SSO Login Types = SSO or Both
Applications SSO Type = SSWA w/SSO
