Depot Repair Technician Portal Error "Invalid Routing Revision Information" when saving on the Job Execution tab (Doc ID 1931908.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Execution

When attempting to save job execution details in the Depot Repair Technician Portal, some jobs result in the following error

1. Invalid Routing Revision information. Possible Causes: 1. You have chosen an invalid revision. 2. No valid revision exists on the revision date you have chosen.
2. An error occurred while submitting operations for processing

This seems to happen only for some jobs. Other jobs using the same routing do not give this error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Repair Order and submit a job for it
2. In the technician portal, make a change to the job and save to get the error
