Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Transaction Integration

When attempting to inspect a receipt from Oracle Mobile Applications, the user is not able to save the record. The error message appears is 'Unexpected error occured, please check the log, press any key to continue'

STEPS

Responsibility: Superuser

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate Quality Application > Results> Results > Enter Quality results
2. Attempt to do Receiving on lot
3. Receive shipment and receive error
