On : 12.1.3 version, Batches
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When auto detailing a batch it is not taking the whole qty of the batch which includes the decimal
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to take the whole qty including the decimal qty
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create batch
2.Auto detail batch with ingredients that have lots with decimals
3.Check material transaction and lots are not taking the whole qty
