Cannot Query a Specific Customer Account in Receivables Manager Customer Standard Page (Doc ID 1932875.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

Cannot Query a specific customer on Customer Standard Page. 

This is only for a specific customer account. 
All other customer accounts are returning in search criteria

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
1. Query account number (Example Account Number 1059)

No results displayed in search results.
