ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We have a configurator model named "E", which is used for configuring in Sales Order as well as for pre-configure bill purposes on the ETO scenarios. We have the functionality of creating a Top Level reference item and update the configured BOM to this Item in OM. When the CTO Calculate Cost Rollup program is run on this Reference Item, the cost details are rolled up appropriately. Top level reference item uses an Item Type "TLI ITEM".
However after pre-configuring the E model for an ATO item in BOM application and then running the CTO Calculate Cost Rollup for the ATO Item results in zero cost rolled up for the child ATO Items and the parent. This functionality is part of the XXX ETO Process application and due to this issue, the Production Go live is delayed.
