When attempting to open an Email from Customer History.

The following error occurred: Numberformat error for master account ID: bigAcctID

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Email Center Agent Console
(N) Customer

Select Customer
Drill down into an Interaction and click the hyperlink to open an Email in the Email Message Component.

The Email will not open, and instead the error above is shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view any emails associated with the Customer in the past.
