Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When entering a new wrap-up configuration and saving, the wrap-up is not saved, and the error http 404 NOT Found for jtfihawn.jsp is shown.

Issue is linked to the adding of the Outcome Code to the Wrap-up

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The wrap to be saved, and the jtfihadd.jsp to be displayed, showing the new wrap-up.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Interaction History JSP Admin
(N) CRM Foundation/Interaction History/Configuration/Outcome

Add a new Outcome
Given the code 107.

CRM Foundation/Interaction History/Configuration/Wrap-up
Create new Wrap-up.
Wrap-up is not saved and 404 error is shown.

Due to this issue, users cannot create new wrap-ups.
