On : 12.1.1 version, Material Status
In both inventory organizations, the "Allow Different Material Status" parameter is set to "With Exception". The source organization has lot status of "ACTIVE" and the destination organization has lot status of "HOLD". After we enter a direct inter-org transfer, the lot status in the destination organization is changing to "ACTIVE". We are expecting to receive an error because the lot exists in the destination organization with a different status. This problem is occuring when we enter direct org transfers between two discrete organizations. In another operating unit (Miami), we are seeing the expected behavior of the transaction failing when lots exist in both orgs when the source org is process manufacturing and the destination org is discrete.
expecting to receive an error because the lot exists in the destination organization with a different status.
1) Lot for a specific item with quantities on hand with different statuses in the two orgs
2) transfer qty from 1 org to the other org
3) Lot status in destination org becomes lot status from source org
