Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Find Task

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that when updating the Task there is no Hyperlink on the SR number to allow the user to directly access SR information

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to go directly to the SR from a Hyperlink to perform updates. This was available in earlier releases and is still available from some navigation paths.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R)Customer Support Specialist
2. Find and Task
3. Open Task. Service Request number is not hyperlinked. Form is:
  /oracle/apps/csf/portal/task/webui/CsfTaskPG
Using different navigation:
4. (R)Customer Support Specialist>Agents Dashboard>Get Next Work
2. Task Opens. Service Request number is hyperlinked. Form is:
/oracle/apps/cs/csz/task/webui/TaskUpdatePG
