On : 12.2.3 version, Find Task

Find that when updating the Task there is no Hyperlink on the SR number to allow the user to directly access SR information

Expect to be able to go directly to the SR from a Hyperlink to perform updates. This was available in earlier releases and is still available from some navigation paths.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R)Customer Support Specialist
2. Find and Task
3. Open Task. Service Request number is not hyperlinked. Form is:

4. (R)Customer Support Specialist>Agents Dashboard>Get Next Work
