MFS Multiplatform - Arabic Characters Not Showing Correctly

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 Multiplatform App:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to view the open task list in MFS Multiplatform, customer names are displayed as ????????????? instead of with their expected name in Arabic characters

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a customer with a name with Arabic characters
2. create an SR and task for this customer
3. assign the task to an MFS Multiplatform resource
4. synch the device
5. check the open task list to find the task and see if/how the customer name is displayed
