Symptoms

--Problem

When a B2B customer self-registers in the iSupport portal, the approver does not receive a notification to advise that action needs to be taken

 

--Steps

1. B2B User registers for iSupport
2. No notification is sent to the approver

 

--Business Impact

Due to this issue, users cannot use iSupport as they have not been approved
