OTL Preference: Timecard Required (Timestore Time Required For Worker)

On : 12.1.3 version, OTL Setup forms, Preferences

When navigating to Eligibility Criteria tab and create a new rule with:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on and select OTL Application Developer

2. Go to Preferences > Time Store Time Required for Worker is set up to require timecard for Payroll only

3. Go to Eligibility Criteria and select the Timecard Required Preference to link it

4. Link by > Select “Timecard Required” from the dropdown LOV

5. Select “Linked To” - Segment Values should read “Yes” or “No” – they are blank
