Cancel Apply Credits Flow After Selecting Invoice Does Not Give Popup Message At Correct Time

On : 12.1.3, UAT instance

When in the Apply Credits train, after selecting an invoice the user cancels, they get a popup to save the changes.

The popup appears after returning to the Account Details page and then navigating somewhere else besides clicking on Apply Credits again.

Expect that the popup would not appear here but when you press the Cancel button instead.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
iReceivables 2.0 Internal
select invoice
Click apply credits
Click Cancel and it takes you back to Account Details.
No message
If you click Apply credits again, thats fine
If you click the Home tab instead > you get the popup message

The changes you have made to this page have not been saved. If you,
continue, the changes will be discarded. Do you wish to continue?

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not sure what to do. They should not get a popup here.
