Symptoms
The Late Charges Report is called from ARCALATB.pls and there is no option to disable it.
This report takes long time to run, and usually fails to produce any output and completes with the following error:
Calling XDO Data Engine... ****Warning! Due to high volume of data, got out of memory exception...*** ****Please retry with scalable option or modify the Data template to run in scalable mode...***
You do not use the report. You use the Late Charges to generate the adjustments, but do not send this report as a customer statement. How can the submission of the report be completely disabled?
