On 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version in Self Service > Benefits,
Benefits Self Service: Benefits Enrollment Page shows duplicate lines for medical enrollment.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service.
2. Select Benefits.
3. Access the Benefits Enrollment page.
