When entering special characters in the iSupport Problem Description page, the SR Review page displays ascii values in place of the characters.
Steps to Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R)iSupport Administrator
(N) Create Page Flows
2. For the SR Type 'Request for Information' Add the Problem Details page.
3. Now logg into iSupport
4. Entered all the details required.
5. In the Problem Details section enter '; : " < > , . ( )'
6.In the Final SR review section, the following is displayed in place of the special characters:
; : " < > , . ( )
