FS Wireless "Create SR" Form Does Not Display Multiple Items / Instances With The Same Serial Number

On : 12.1.3 version, Wireless/WAP

When creating a Service Request in FS Wireless, if the Serial Number is entered only a single Instance/Item is returned. If there are multiple Instances/Items with the same serial number they are not all offered in an LOV for selection.

Where multiple instances have the same serial number they should all be returned in an LOV for selection

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R)FS Wireless
2. (N)Create Service Request
3. Screen opens with options for Service Tag, Item Instance and Serial Number.
4. Enter Serial Number and Go
5. Instance is returned, but there is another instance for a different item which is not "offered"
