Error when clicking Take Action for the Payment Process Request (PPR).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables Manager Responsibility
2. Home (tab) select any of the request from Need Action
3. TAB (Payment Process Requests)
4. On Click Start Action icon, the error raised
