Dunning History Is Missing In Transaction Tab For Dunning Letters Sent By Strategies (Doc ID 1934249.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 + SEP 2013 RPC


On Test and Production, when clicking the Dunning History button for a transaction, the form comes up blank.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to see the dunning history for dunning letters sent by Strategies.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Collections > Open customer Account
Transactions tab > select transaction > click on Dunning History button
Form is blank

No Data found in Dunning History. But the Dunning letter sent to the customer for this transactions.
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see that the dunning letter was sent for a transaction.
