Symptoms
BI Publisher Desktop Tools was installed on pc by Windows admin user.
New Windows users cannot see in Microsoft Word the BI Publisher add-in (BIP Menu).
Changes
When one checks under the Word Options>Add-ins, BI Publisher it is enabled, but the BIP Menu doesn't appear.
One tries to disable an re-enable again the add-in, but the menu still doesn't appear.
