ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running WEBADI to upload salary components the salary is updated but the compnenet values are not shown in the Salary Management form.
If these are entered in the application the details show

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the components are showin after ADI upload

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create an XLS in ADI from the Salary management form add components eg COL and a value and upload.
ADI Completes with no error but the componenets are not shown in the salary form.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot identify salary updates
