On : 12.1.3 version, South African Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Since applying legislative <Patch 19544341>, Tax certificates are not reflecting codes 4001 Pension fund deductions and Code 4018 and other deductions - in fact all deduction codes are blank. The codes are printing, but no amounts.
The CSV file appears to be correct

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The deduction codes to be present on the Tax Certificate

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply <Patch 19544341>:R12.PAY.B - ZA: TYE15 TAX YEAR END REPORTING CHANGES
2. Run the Tax Certificate and check the values / codes


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
We cannot re-issue tax certificates for previous tax years either, and that is an extremely urgent situation.
