AME: Corrupted PO PDF In Email Approval Notification When Multiple FYI Notifications Added 'System Failed to Generate the PDF' (Doc ID 1935044.1)

Symptoms

When using AME for PO approval workflow.

When  there are parallel approvers on the PO (AME generated) or when adding multiple FYI notifications to the beginning of the AME approval list (via the BWC) the PO PDF becomes corrupted.

There are no errors in the workflow and PO Output for Communication Completes/Normal. When we "View PDF" from the BWC for the same PO, the PDF generates just fine, which means there is:

(1) no data issue
(2) no template issue

When enabling PO WF debug (Profile option: 'PO: Set Debug Workflow ON' toYes) and after reproducing the issue client found the following exception in the po_wf_debug table:
