R12 GLAMAS Mass Allocations Journals Failing During Posting -- Error28 Showing invalid balancing or management segment Value (Doc ID 1935096.1)

GLAMAS Mass Allocations

Journals created by Mass Allocation Program are failing to post with Error.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Journal /Post form in General Ledger

Select Mass allocation batch

Click on Post tab

Log file shows the following Error:

Error28 - Showing invalid balancing or management segment value for the ledger.

This error seems to indicate that the balancing segment is not assigned to the ledger,

however on checking this balancing segment is assigned to the ledger.

Also, there have been Manual transactions posted to this balancing segment .
