Symptoms

Email address is not populated in PO_HEADERS_ALL when entering an email address while approving.  The fields that should be populated are SUPPLIER_NOTIF_METHOD AND EMAIL_ADDRESS in PO_HEADERS_ALL.      Profile is set to CONTACT.
