Symptoms

When attempting to Delete an employee record from Delete person form,
the following error occurs.

Cannot delete a person with compensation details


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the HR responsibility->People->Delete Personal Records
2. Query Employee to be deleted
3. Click on 'Delete Person' button
4. Error Message Displays "Cannot delete a person with compensation details"
