Symptoms
1 ) In Oracle Inventory Management, for a WMS Enabled Org, Subinventory Transfer is restricted driving inventory negative when there is some packed material within inventory even when the negative balance is allowed
Error
Total Organization Quantity cannot become negative when there are reservations present.
2 ) The same also reported while doing Subinventory Transfer through MSCA / Telnet even when the negative balance is allowed
Error
Transaction Quantity Must be less than or equal to available quantity
The issue is happening for LPN Sub to LPN Sub, Non-LPN to Non-LPN, Non-LPN to LPN, LPN to Non-LPN (all combinations)
