Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, iSupport / Install Base

While Creating/Deleting Product Views, the Confirmation Message is not coming correctly and contains junk characters around the name for the product view.

Confrrmation: Saved search "&#34New View&#34" is created successfully

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
iSupport - Products - Personalize - Save search
