On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Wage Attachments/Garnishments
After applying RUP7 Patch, find that Credit Debt Garnishments are not getting deducted for few NY, CA, and GA associates on the Payroll process, but the garnishments are deducted on a QuickPay.
Expect the Credit Debt Garnishments to be deducted on the Payroll process
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
We applied the RUP 7 patch over the weekend in Production.
On this week's Payroll run, the Credit Debt Garnishments for few associates in NY, CA, and GA are not getting deducted.
The Credit Debt garnishments are getting deducted when we run a Quick Pay, but when we run the Payroll process these garnishment deductions are not happening.
