Symptoms
When attempting to Launch Script Author:
ERROR

URL validation failed.The error could have been caused through the use of the browsers navigation buttons(the browser Back button or refresh,for example).If the error persists, please contact system administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into Scripting Administrator
2.From Home Page
3.Click on Launch Script Author
