Symptoms

When user tries to add a new emergency contact, the following error occurs :

ERROR:
ORA-200001: The mandatory column PER_INFORMATION7 ( also known as Residential Status) has not been assigned a value.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_UTILITY", line 939
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_PROCESS_CONTACT_SS", line 9259 ORA-06512: at line 1.


Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

     1. N> Employee Self Service >

     2. Personal Information >

     3. Add Emergency Contact >

     4. Error Occurs.
