Long Service Leave on Termination is Overstating the Accrual Days

The employees actual termination date is 21-OCT-2013 and the Long Service Leave balance as at this date is 56.297 days.
Therefore the calculation of the employees LSL termination payment should be based on 56.297 days.

However the LSL termination payment was overpaid as the system calculated the payment on 160.357 days which is incorrect.
The LSL accrual in the Termination Payment window is also displayed incorrectly as 160.357 days.

Expecting the Termination Payment form to display
PostAugust 1993 = 56.297

(1) Terminate Person
> People > Enter & Maintain
> query Employee
> Terminate employee on 21-OCT-2013
FYI ... Termination Type = Normal Termination

(2) Review Accruals

> Query: Name = Long Service Leave Accrual Plan
> Date track to 21-OCT-2013
Notice that: Net Entitlement = 56.297  
(3) Review Termination Payment form
> People > Fastpath > Termination Payment
> query person
Notice that: PostAugust 1993 = 160.357
