Clicking "No" on "Change Appraisal Details" Confirm Page is not Returning to Previous Page (Doc ID 1936410.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:

When Manager Click on 'No' on confirmation message with No and Yes button then page is not going to Previous page but all other Appraisal Details fields are getting Editable.


Expected Behavior:
Clicking "No" on "Change Appraisal Details" confirmation Page should return to the previous page and should not allow appraisals details to edit.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1:

step 1 : Login as manager>> Manager Self Service >> Performance Management >> Check for an employee appraisal having status as "Ongoing with Main Appraiser" under Appraisals in Progress section.
step 2 : click on Appraise and then in Main Appraiser Review Page, click on Change Main Appraiser Button.
step 3 : In change Appraisal Details Page, We observe that all fields are read only , apart from The Main Appraiser .
step 4 : Select a new Main Appraiser and click on Apply button.
step 5 : We get an Information page with a confirmation message with No and Yes button
step 6 : click on No button, The page is landed to change Appraisal details with all fields are editable. Period Start Date, Period End Date, Template, Appraisal Date, Next Appraisal Date and Assignment Number are editable.

Scenario 2 :

step 1 : Login as manager>> Manager Self Service >> Performance Management >> click on View Appraisals in people Hierarchy
step 2 : Select an employee appraisal having status as "Ongoing with Main Appraiser", click on Action button,
step 3 : In change Appraisal Details Page, We observe that all fields are read only , apart from The Main Appraiser .
step 4 : Select a new Main Appraiser and click on Apply button.
step 5 : We get an Information page with a confirmation message with No and Yes button
step 6 : click on No button, The page is landed to change Appraisal details with all fields are editable. Period Start Date, Period End Date, Template, Appraisal Date, Next Appraisal Date and Assignment Number are editable.

Due to this issue, appraisal details can be incorrectly updated by end users.
