Wrong Proration Calculation When Employee Terminated on Penultimate Day of Pay Period.

On : 12.1.3 version(HR_PF.B RUP6), Core Payroll - General

Employee who's assignment was changed with update mode and terminated on same month his salary was calculated wrongly.

Assignment Changes:
25-APR-2014 (UPDATE mode)
29-APR-2014 (Terminate)
Monthly Payroll Run Date Earned: 25-APR-2014 (Payroll=MKM Monthly Payroll)

Salary to be calculated properly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the assignment information on 25-APR-2014 with update mode.
2. Terminate the employee on 29-APR-2014.
3. Run the payroll for April 2014.
4. Basic salary does not show the correct amount.
