ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating payment process profile under Usage Rules tab trying to specify internal bank account upon searching the bank account list of values > results in no data.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Internal bank account LOV should indicate existing bank accounts.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Payables responsibility > Payment Administrator>Payment Process Profiles
Usage Rules > internal bank account>specify
no results found
