Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version and higher,

When attempting to Run Post QucikCash, the concurrent program ARCABP,
gives an error message for one receipt.  There are many receipts in the batch that
need to be processed immediately.

Due to this issue, users cannot create and apply receipts automatically. Manual entry is labor intensive
