After upgrading from 11i to R12, when entering transactions (SIT / EIT etc.), if the Enter key is selected during data entry,
the transaction is cancelled and the page reverts to the prior page.  Why does this occur after the R12 upgrade?

Self Service transaction cancelled, when clicking on Enter Button in Keyboard after R12 upgrade.
