Subinventory Field is Disabled While Attempting to Perform Inventory Transactions (INVTTMTX)

Form: INVTTMTX.fmb - Inventory Transactions
Cannot perform Inventory transactions for specific item(s). Once entering the Item Number, Subinventory field gets disabled / greyed out.
The problem occurs with Subinventory tranfer, Miscellaneous issue, Miscellaneous receipt, etc.
Expect transacting these items.
The issue can be replicated per the below steps:
1. Go to Inventory: (N) Transactions : Subinventory tranfer
2. Set Transaction Type = Subinventory tranfer
3. Press Transaction Lines
4. In Subinventory tranfer window:
Enter the Item
See Subinventory field is disabled, user cannot go ahead with the transaction
See at the bottom Available and On-hand are positive
Due to this issue, users cannot transact the affected items.
