Matching Attributes Cannot be Seen or Updated When Updating a Territory. (Doc ID 1937304.1)

Symptoms

When updating a territory,  the matching attribute and values cannot be seen when updating.

When viewing the territory , the matching attributes appear correctly.

 

This can occur in cases were a HR Security profile is used to give access to more than one Operating Unit, and the business requirement is to Not have a default operating unit.

Example of profile setup:
 MO: Security Profile : European Units
 MO: Default Operating Unit : < Null >

Steps:
Responsibility: Territory management
Navigation: Territory Administration - Territories

Search for Territories to view:
 Operating Unit : Blank
 Usage: Sales
 Go

Use the Update icon to update the territory, the previous values and matching attributes are not displayed in update.
