Navigation ->On iSupport Business User Home page -> Click on any Service Request Hyperlink -> Under Resolutions Tab -> under Resolution Actions - We cannot see any tasks associated with this SR.
1. IBU_SR_TASK_VIEW_PUBLISH permission has been assigned to the User
2. IBU_CF_SR_DTL_RESOLN_TAB_RG region must have the node display checkbox checked in AK Developer.
