Field Service: Item Number Disappears In Debrief Screen When Importing From Parts Requirement (Doc ID 1937393.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Order Management

When attempting to create material debrief (from parts requirements) in the debrief form, the line is imported but the item number remains blank. Similarly when entering a manual debrief line (with item) and requerying it, the item is gone from the line. Similar behaviour is seen in HTML debrief


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR with task and parts requirement
2. create debrief from assigned parts -> item is blank
