Symptoms

While applying CPU Patch 19258579, FNDLOAD commands fail with the following:

Uploading from staging tables
A database error occurred:
ORA-06550: line 1, column 27:
PLS-00201: identifier 'AD_ZD_SEED.MODE_FNDLOAD' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
