Goal

Customer is upgrading ERP from 11i to R12.2.4.

In Release 11i, Transportation Management System (TMS) was implemented for uploading charts and selecting carriers, getting freight rate, etc.

Customer now understands that Oracle recommends Oracle Transportaton Management (OTM) in R12.

Question: From a backward compatibility perspective, can TMS still be used in R12.2.4 for all the transportation related operations that were being performed in 11i?
