When searching for the Service Request(SR)s based on extensible attributes in the advance search, the values are not being returned for the table based value sets.
The search should return the data for the table based extensible attributes well.
Steps To Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Set up the extensible attributes which are table based using the following navigation:Service >> Setup >> Definition >> Defined Service Request Extensible Attributes
- In the Customer Support HTML go to advanced search and search based on search conditions based on the values in the extensible attributes.
The SRs will not be returned.
