R12.1.3 - RMA Claim Reference Field Does Not Update Customer PO On RMA Order When Claim Is Settled In Trade Management

When a RMA Claim which has the reference field populated is settled in Trade Management, the Customer PO on the RMA order in Order Management is not populated. This was working in 11i but not working in 12.1.3.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Trade Management User
(N) Trade Management > Claims
Create a claim and enter reference e.g. 'ABCDEFG'
Move the claim to open status and go to lines
Enter information in the lines page, e.g.
Amount = 19000
Product = AS54999
Quantity = 10
Price = 1900
UOM = Each
Approve the claim. Claim moves to Pending Close status.
Get the RMA number from Settlement page of claim.
Query the RMA from Order Management and notice the Customer PO is not populated with the reference information from the claim
